Welcome to InviteMySponsors! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions


1. "Website" refers to InviteMySponsors, its services, and associated applications.
2. "User" refers to any individual or entity using the platform, including event organizers and sponsors.
3. "Event Organizer" refers to users who register their events on the platform to seek sponsorship.
4. "Sponsor" refers to users who register to sponsor events.
5. "Success Fee" refers to the commission charged by InviteMySponsors from Event Organizers once a sponsorship deal is finalized and the Sponsor has made the initial payment.


2. Eligibility


1. Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.


3. Registration and Use of Services


1. Event Organizer Registration requires providing the Full Name, Email, Organizer Category, and Mobile Number.
2. Sponsor Registration requires providing the Full Name, Email, Mobile Number(optional), Brand Name, Preferred City for Sponsorships, Preferred Event Type for Sponsorships, Sponsorship Budget, and Brand Logo or Image(a default image provided by the platform may also be used).
3. Event organizers must provide details such as event name, sponsorship ask, event venue, event format, event cover photo, and other event-related details at the time of registering event.
4. The platform matches users based on common criteria for facilitating connections.


4. Communication Between Users


1. Sponsors can initiate conversations with Event Organizers by calling them, requesting a callback or scheduling virtual meetings through the platform.
2. Event Organizers may send invitations to Sponsors through the platform, which will trigger an email and a call when a Sponsor requests a callback. All such actions shall be conducted solely through the platform.
3. All calls shall be recorded, and an InviteMySponsors administrator may be present during any virtual meeting scheduled between an Event Organizer and a Sponsor.
4. Sharing of personal mobile numbers or email addresses by any party is strictly prohibited.
5. Personal information shall not be included in event cover photos or sponsorship proposals. If such information is found, InviteMySponsors reserves the right to remove the content and re-upload it after necessary modifications by the platform administrator.
6. Only names, brand names, sponsorship preferences, and event-related information shall be shared between Event Organizers and Sponsors during any mode of communication.
7. Violation: If any user attempts to disclose mobile numbers or other information that may facilitate a transaction outside the platform, InviteMySponsors reserves the right to cancel the user's registration and deny access to the platform.


5. Revenue Model & Payment Terms


1. InviteMySponsors charges a 12% success fee from event organizers once the sponsorship deal is finalized and the sponsor has made the the initial amount.
2. Once the payment has been made, it shall be non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation of the event at a later stage.
3. The platform operates solely on a commission-based revenue model. There is no free trial or subscription.


6. User Conduct



Users agree to:

1. Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
2. Avoid posting content that is defamatory, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or illegal material.
3. Not engage in spamming, phishing, or any other harmful activities.



The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations.



7. Data Sharing and Privacy


1. Only names, brand names, sponsorship preferences, and event-related information shall be shared between Event Organizers and Sponsors during any mode of communication conducted through the platform.
2. No other personal information, including contact details, addresses, or financial information, shall be disclosed unless explicitly agreed upon by the parties involved.
3. Users are prohibited from sharing or requesting information outside the platform that could facilitate transactions or communication bypassing InviteMySponsors. Violation may result in suspension or termination of account access.


8. Account Management


1. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
2. Any unauthorized activity on an account must be reported immediately.


9. Limitation of Liability



The platform facilitates connections between event organizers and sponsors but does not guarantee sponsorship outcomes. InviteMySponsors is not liable for:

1. Any disputes or disagreements between users.
2. Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the platform.


10. Intellectual Property



Users grant the platform a limited license to use any user-uploaded content for operational purposes. Users retain ownership of their intellectual property.

11. Service Modifications



The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.

12. Force Majeure



InviteMySponsors is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or cyberattacks

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution


1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
